Do count limits apply? Current hosting plans primarily enforce CPU/RAM/storage quotas rather than hard project counts.

Are quotas per project? No. Quotas are Team-level and shared across every project and service in the workspace. Redistribute on Portal Usage.

Do I need a separate database package? Yes, for PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB. Hosting CPU/RAM is for the app only.

Can admin assign a package without WHMCS? Platform admins can override package assignment; WHMCS ChangePackage still wins when used.
