GitHub / GitLab autodeploys

1. Link OAuth provider in account settings.
2. Connect repo to the project.
3. Enable deploy-on-push if available.
4. Webhook signature is verified; matching service is queued.

Bitbucket OAuth is also supported at the platform level.
