PHP / Laravel

1. Ensure composer.json is present.
2. Typical build: composer install --no-dev --optimize-autoloader.
3. Set Laravel env (APP_KEY, APP_URL, DB_*).
4. Start command must keep PHP-FPM/server listening as configured by the buildpack/Dockerfile.

Prefer a Dockerfile for complex PHP stacks when auto-detect is insufficient.
