@deployon/cli is on npm

The Deploy ON CLI is published as @deployon/cli. Node.js 20+ is required.

Install with npm install -g @deployon/cli, then run deployon login. Select a project and a deployment (in this CLI, a deployment is an application), and ship with deployon deploy --push --wait.
